We are seeking licensed athletic trainers (AT) to join our per diem healthcare team. All per diem AT’s must possess and maintain the following in order to cover our events
(Don't worry, we will send you an easy to complete on-boarding instructions to get you on-boarded in a couple of steps!)
BOC ATC (national certification)
Must possess a valid BOC credential in good standing at all times with no disciplinary restrictions.
State Practice Credential
Valid state practice credential in good standing with no active/pending disciplinary restrictions.
Professional Liability Insurance
Hold an active professional liability insurance policy with a minimum of $1 mil /$3 mil coverage.
State-Issued Driver License
A valid state-issued driver license with no active/pending restrictions. License must be in state of residency and
CDC Concussion Training
Documentation of successful completion of CDC Concussion Training for Healthcare Providers. (**FREE CEU's**)
SafeSport® Trained
Documentation of successful completion of U.S. Center for SafeSport® training in abuse awareness, prevention, and reporting.
PHYSICIAN DIRECTION FOR ATHLETIC TRAINERS: All per diem work with Action Medicine Consultants, LLC is performed under physician direction approved by Action Medicine Consultants per applicable state laws.
